How does the deposit work?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment. It counts towards your service total; the remaining 50% is paid at the salon. This demo previews the payment without charging you. Services requiring a quote need a confirmed price first.
What happens if I arrive late?
Need to arrive late? Contact the salon at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment to arrange a new arrival time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without a change confirmed by the salon, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.
Can I change my appointment?
Yes. Contact the salon at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment to request a different time. Please wait for the salon to confirm the change. Call 055 612 2389. Changes to saved demo visits in My bookings affect this browser only.
